The Bedford Central School District and area libraries are working together on a community read of “The Boys in the Boat.” The book by Daniel James Brown is a true story of the 1936 rowing team’s victory at the Berlin Olympics. The Bedford Free Library will have copies of the book available for checkout and will have a panel
discussion with a group of rowers on April 27th. There will be two copies available for checkout the full original book and the teen adaptation of the book.
