Museum Pass Program

Free or discounted admission passes to several local and New York City museums are available at the Library.  Passes are available to Town of Bedford library card holders in good standing. (Town of Bedford includes Bedford Free Library, Bedford Hills Free Library, and Katonah Village Library.)

  • American Museum of Natural History
    Each voucher can be redeemed for 1 free admission to the Museum’s permanent collection and 1 special exhibition or show of patron’s choice
    Limit 2 vouchers per patron/family per year

 

  • Dia Beacon
    Each pass good for free admission for up to 6 people
    Advance reservations are suggested, but not required.
    Open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday  (Closed Tues, Weds, Thurs)
    Please arrive before 4:30 pm for admission.
    On-site parking is limited. Drivers may be asked to park in nearby public parking lots.
    Pass may be kept for 3 days (must be returned to Library)

  • Empire Pass for New York State Parks
    Pass allows entry for 1 vehicle when presented at most New York State parks, Department of Environmental Conservation forest preserve areas, boat launch sites, arboretums, and park preserves
    Pass may be kept for 7 days (must be returned to Library)
    Pass may not be used for entrance by multiple vehicles at one time
    Pass does not guarantee parking when park is at maximum capacity
    Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and does not allow for early entry prior to park hours
    Pass does not guarantee free vehicle entry into the park when special events occur and are operated by other organizations
    Pass does not include waiver fees for camping, golf, museum or historic site admission, and other special activity fees are not included

  • Katonah Museum
    Each pass is good for admission for 2 adults and all children under the age of 12
    Pass may be kept for 3 days (must be returned to Library)
    Pass may be used for admission to other FWMA Museums (Fairfield Westchester Museum Alliance) including Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, Bruce Museum, the Barnum Museum, Hudson River Museum, Hudson Valley MOCA, MoCA Westport, Neuberger Museum of Art, and Wave Hill

  • Neuberger Museum of Art
    Each pass is good for admission for up to 8 individuals
    Pass may be kept for 3 days (must be returned to Library)
    Pass may be used for admission to other FWMA Museums (Fairfield Westchester Museum Alliance) including Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, Bruce Museum, the Barnum Museum, Hudson River Museum, Hudson Valley MOCA, Katonah Museum, MoCA Westport, and Wave Hill

  • 9/11 Memorial Museum
    Each Pass is good for admission to the Museum for 2 adults and 2 children (17 and under)
    Complimentary audio guides
    20% discount in the Museum Store
    Invitations to educational programming
    Pass may be kept for 3 days (must be returned to Library)

  • Storm King Art Center
    Each pass is good for 6 people/1 car per day
    Pass may be kept for 3 days (must be returned to Library)

  • Westchester Children’s Museum
    Each pass is good for up to 4 people (at least 1 adult)
    All children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult
    Pass may be kept for 3 days (must be returned to Library)
