WHAT IS THE BATTLE OF THE BOOKS?
Battle of the Books is a book-based trivia tournament for Westchester kids grades 4-9. Bedford Free Library will have a grades 4-6 team, which will compete against other library teams by answering trivia questions based on the 5 books for their age bracket. We are the 2015 Battle of the Books Champions! Help us defend our title!
WHY PARTICIPATE IN BATTLE OF THE BOOKS?
Because it’s FUN!!! Team Bedford will meet regularly for special events and practice between now and the Battle of the Books in October. Prizes and surprises are part of the process. Everyone gets a team t-shirt and a certificate. Last year our team, the “Bedford Brainiacs” won the competition. We are the returning champions!
