SUMMARY:Creative Aging: Storytelling with Photography
DESCRIPTION:Telling a story can take different forms. Words. Drawings. Phot
 os. Words with drawings. Words with Photos. Photos with words.\nWhat kind 
 of photos? Portraits? Landscapes? Details?\nIn this workshop\, participant
 s will concentrate on using photography and creating a rough outline of ph
 oto possibilities to tell a story of a person\, place or event that they w
 ish to investigate\, document and share. They will use knowledge of light\
 , composition\, tonality and options on their 35mm digital camera or phone
  camera.\nThey will explore locations\, settings\, timing options and genr
 es of visual art to explore ways to express their ideas.\nThis class is fo
 r older adults who like to be challenged and are able to commit to the ent
 ire eight weeks. The class will culminate with an art show (date to be dec
 ided).\nParticipants must have their own digital camera or iPhone.\n\nThis
