Robert Frost is among the best known and most beloved of American poets.  His poems are taught in middle school and high school as well as in college.  Many of us can recite his lines, if not many of his entire poems.  Because he has been such a popular poet, some may consider him  to be not as great as his contemporaries, T.S. Eliot, Ezra Pound, and Wallace Stevens. Critics aside, Frost is their equal and his literary historical stature is secure.  Join us for a reading and discussion of Frost’s playful yet serious poems across the span of his career.
