Program for Adults
Two more classes have been added to this program: January 28 and February 4. Class is limited to 8 people – call to sign up.
This technique is an educational, practical approach for improving mental and physical wellbeing. It teaches us how to recapture the ease and freedom of movement we enjoyed as young children.
